2010 REGISTRATION SYSTEM
Enrollment Policy: Enrollment is limited to 9 coxswains and 68 rowers per session. Priority is given on a first-come, first-served basis. Camp registration will be secured when payment is received in full. Partial registration will be accepted with a $100 non-refundable deposit until 04/11/2010. Full payment will be required on 04/12/2010 in order to achieve final registration and secure a spot in the designated session. There will be a short waiting-list created for any session that achieves full enrollment prior to the starting date.
Cancellation Policy: All requests for cancellation must be made via e-mail at quakerrowcamp@gmail.com. All monies paid, with exception of a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded provided the notice of cancellation is received one month prior to the start of camp. No refunds will be provided less than one month prior to the start of camp.
