Mike Lane is in his fourth season as head coach of the women's program. While an assistant coach at Penn he guided the Varsity 4+ to an undefeated 2005 season and a bronze medal at the Eastern Sprints Regatta. Mike has also coached at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Everett Rowing Association, and the Lake Lanier Rowing Club.

Eric Carcich

George Washington University

Eric Carcich is in his first season as the head coach for Colonials. Carcich was the heavyweight men's assistant at Penn for three seasons and the lightweight assistant coach at Yale for seven seasons before arriving in Philadelphia. He helped Yale to five medals at the Eastern Sprints during his tenure. Prior to Yale, Carich was head coach at his alma mater, the University of Massachusetts.
